1 🔍Следование Пути — это и есть Расширение. Когда мы следуем своему пути, ведомые доверием к чему-то большему, чем мы сами, мы выходим за рамки себя, своих представлений и ограничений.
2 🌟Необыкновенное в обыкновенном. Отвечая на зов души, идя дорогой сердца, мы можем не ощущать что делаем что-то особенное и даже до конца не понимать, что именно мы несем в мир. Мы “просто” живем, оставаясь верным себе, пути. Иногда этот путь легок, иногда тернист. Но мы продолжаем идти и занимаясь “обычными” вещами становимся становимся свидетелем абсолютно необыкновенных разворотов, которые происходят в нашей жизни и жизни людей, которые к нам приходят
3 🌀“Пустая Чаша” — это метафора того состояния, из которого мы входим в контакт с другим человеком. Это состояние чистого присутствия, свободного от любых намерений, усилий, интерпретаций, направленных как на другого человека, так и на себя. Мы метафорически пусты для того, чтобы возникло что-то новое.
4 🕊️“Пустая” Чаша — не равна Стерильная. Это не про абсолютную “правильную” чистоту и “правильное” состояние. В данном случае “Пустая” — это абсолютно другое, это Свобода Быть, присутствовать с чем бы то ни было, что происходит с нами или с другим человеком. Но не становиться этим.
5 ✨Присутствие — это открытость Чуду Жизни, которое творится каждый момент. “Ты живешь с широко открытыми глазами, потому что вот этого момента он есть сейчас - его ведь не было никогда. И никогда его никогда больше. Это вообще чудо”
6 ⚖️Присутствие — это Встреча, Баланс Мужского и Женского внутри нас. Эти энергии являются частями единого целого. Мужское воплощает энергию действия, воли, анализа, планирования, структуры и движения "вовне". В современном обществе часто отдается приоритет именно этой энергии. Женское же никуда не спешит, не требует занять первые роли, ей не нужен результат или алгоритм действия. Она просто существует, обнимая все, включая мужское. У многих людей женская энергия подавлена, но истинное единство и гармония достигаются, когда обе эти энергии в нас уравновешены и признаны в своей равной ценности.
7 ❤️Присутствие – это искусство слушать сердцем. Согласно китайскому иероглифу “слушать” включает в себя 5 элементов: уши, глаза, другой человек, полное внимание и “5 элемент”, “Священный Грааль” — сердце.
8.🌹Смирение – ключ к раскрытию сердца. Сердце не открывается как дверца холодильника. Сердце открывается когда смиряется то, что пытается достичь или изменить. Смирение – это не сдаться, а идти с миром. Тогда важные, но второстепенные актеры расступаются и выходит Прима — Сердце. И начинает петь. И зал замирает. Перед этой Красотой, Мощью, Силой, Нежностью… Всем.
9. 🧘♂️Тело – это храм Воплощенной Мудрости. История человека хранится не в мозгу, а в теле. И вернуть нас к корням, истокам может только тело, точно не “изолированный” мозг.
Тело – это дар, позволяющий нам познавать мир во всей его полноте.
10. 🌱Работа в этом методе идет с Причиной. А не Следствиями. За пределами понимания, там где наука говорит — “дальше мы не знаем”. Причина — это Нечто Невыразимое, что можно назвать Б-гом, Здоровьем, Бесконечностью, Высшим знанием, Нечто что смотрит на нас с улыбкой в наших попытках подобрать определение.
11. 🌌Осознавание – путь к Свободе. Чтобы присутствовать, нужно осознать, что мы делаем. Мы не можем отпустить руль, не осознав, что мы вцепились в него. Осознавая свои действия, мы получаем свободу выбора – продолжать быть прежним или исследовать новые пути
12. ♾️Заразительность Присутствия. Встреча с Мастером, Человеком, живущим в Присутствии, может "заразить" нас этим состоянием. Что-то невидимое, называемое "прямой передачей", начинает работать в нас, трансформируя.

“Method "Empty Bowl" as a Vessel for Infinite Source. Experience of expanded consciousness”
1 🔍 Following the Path is indeed Expansion. When we follow our path, guided by trust in something greater than ourselves, we transcend our own limits, perceptions, and constraints.
2 🌟 Extraordinary within the ordinary. Responding to the call of the soul, walking the path of the heart, we may not feel that we are doing anything special and may not fully understand what exactly we bring to the world. We "simply" live, remaining true to ourselves, to the path. Sometimes this path is easy, sometimes thorny. But we continue to walk, and in engaging in "ordinary" things, we become witnesses to absolutely extraordinary turns of events in our lives and the lives of those who come to us.
3 🌀 The "Empty Bowl" is a metaphor for the state from which we enter into contact with another person. It is a state of pure presence, free from any intentions, efforts, interpretations directed towards both another person and ourselves. We are metaphorically empty to allow something new to emerge.
4 🕊️ The "Empty Bowl" is not the same as being Sterile. It is not about absolute "correct" purity and "correct" state. In this case, "Empty" is something completely different, it is the Freedom to Be, to be present with whatever is happening to us or another person. But not becoming that.
5 ✨ Presence is readiness for the Miracle of Life unfolding every moment. "You live with wide-open eyes because this moment is now - it has never been before. And it will never be never again. It's a miracle."
6 ⚖️ Presence is a Meeting, the Balance of the Masculine and Feminine within us. These energies are parts of a unity. The Masculine is the energy of action, will, analysis, planning, structure, outward movement, boundaries. In modern society, this energy often receives priority. The Feminine does not rush anywhere, does not demand to take the leading roles, does not need a result, an algorithm of action. It just is, and it embraces everything, including the masculine. For many, this energy is suppressed.
7 ❤️ Presence is the art of listening with the heart. According to the Chinese character, "listening" includes 5 elements: ears, eyes, another person, full attention, and the "5th element," the "Sacred Grail" - the heart.
8. 🌹 Humility is the key to opening the heart. The heart does not open like a refrigerator door. The heart opens when what tries to achieve or change is humbled. Humility is not giving up, but to be in peace with what it is. Then the important but secondary actors step aside, and the Prima - the Heart - emerges. And it begins to sing. And the hall freezes. Before this Beauty, Power, Strength, Tenderness... Everyone.
9. 🧘♂️ The Body is the temple of Embodied Wisdom. The story of a person is stored not in the brain but in the body. Only the body, certainly not the "isolated" brain, can return us to our roots, origins. The body is a gift that allows us to know the world in all its fullness.
10. 🌱 Work in this method goes with the Cause. Not the Consequences. Beyond understanding, where science says, "we don't know further." The Cause is something Inexpressible, which can be called God, Health, Infinity, Higher Knowledge, Something that looks at us with a smile in our attempts to define it.
11. 🌌 Awareness is the path to Freedom. To be present, we need to be aware of what we are doing. We cannot let go of the steering wheel without realizing that we have grabbed onto it. By realizing our actions, we gain freedom of choice - to continue to be the same or to explore new paths.
12. ♾️ Infection of Presence. Meeting with a Master, a person living in Presence, can "infect" us with this state. Something invisible, called "direct transmission," begins to work in us, transforming.
